Sexual orientantions
Heterosexual (straight) – A person is who is attracted to people of a different gender than their own. (Generally binary gender to different binary gender.)
Homosexual (gay-man/gay-woman/lesbian) – A person who is attracted to people of the same gender as their own. (Generally binary gender to same binary gender.)
Bisexual – A person who is attracted to two or more genders. This term usually refers to someone who is attracted to the people who are male or female, but can apply to any two (or more) genders. Other terms for bisexual include polysexual, non-monosexual, and ambisexual.
Pansexual – A person who is attracted to all genders.
Polysexual – A person who is attracted to multiple genders.
Monosexual – A sexual orientation that involves attraction to only one gender, i.e. homosexual, heterosexual, gynosexual and androsexual.
Asexual – A person who experiences no sexual attraction, but may experience romantic attraction.
